I've lived in Thailand for almost 30 years and traveled all over the country and this is about the worst place I've ever stayed. Old, dirty, and loud with next to no service.
They charge for Wi-Fi and while the connection cuts out every few minutes, the timer figuring your cost does not.
While a 3-year-old can sleep in his parents bed for free, they charged full rate for the miserable breakfast buffet which for the child consisted of one bite of burnt toast and jam.
Bathtub leaked from improper or old sealant so the bathroom was quickly flooded and toilet ran all the time. No other rooms available though the parking lot was virtually empty.
Would recommend staying either in Korat or one of the resorts near Khao Yai rather than this place." |

A helpful hint would be to encourage your restaurant staff/cooks to be more careful with taking orders. Our breakfast was totally mixed up and overheard other customers saying the same thing. Other than that our stay was great!! Thanks so much!" |

This hotel has seen better days, the pool was in disrepair and looked like it had not been used for a couple of years. the restaurant doubles as karaoke bar, service was poor and the paintwork carpets etc don t look like they have been maintained for years. its a shame because the rooms are spacious and clean. I would not stay there again" |
